How fresh are these leads?
Only
minutes old for realtime delivery and only hours old for batched
delivery. However, leads purchased on Monday may include leads
generated over the weekend. Therefore, we reserve the option
of delivering leads up to 72 hours old to allow for Internet
slow downs, weekends, and holidays. We also sell older
leads when available at reduced rates.

How do you deliver leads?
Normally,
leads are delivered by e-mail using Excel files. Upon request,
we can also fax your leads. There are several other delivery
methods available and we will do our best to deliver your
leads the way you need them delivered.

Can I get other types of leads other than what is listed?
Of course,
quite often we will produce leads not listed herein for clients.

and specify your needs under comments and we'll do our best
to generate the client information you require at a fair price.

How do I get started buying your leads?
Each
client has his own set of needs, you will need to go to the
Quote Request Form and submit
a request. This will provide us with the information about
your business; such as state exclusions, dollar minimums,
or type of company (auto, travel, home improvement, etc.)
that will allow us to furnish an accurate quote. We will then
contact you within 2 working days to verify your request and
review your quote.

How long does it take to get my leads?
Typically,
we deliver your first order within days depending on space
availability. You will be notified immediately upon receipt
of your order as to the delivery time for orders placed Monday
through Friday morning. Friday afternoons, Saturday and Sunday
orders will be answered on Monday unless you are otherwise
notified. Once we have your custom campaign producing, we
can keep your leads continually coming.

What is
the minimum amount required for a custom campaign producing
regular leads?
This amount
will vary according to the cost of the lead to produce. If
you must use your own ad, because we only get paid on leads
we deliver, we reserve the right to refuse any ad that we
feel will not pull an adequate response. Should you need a
good creative developed, we can do this for you too.
