The Five Musts of Online Marketing.
1. Consistency: Design your concept, logo, colors, site, ads and copy around a central theme & stick to it. Don't market with a hit or miss attitude.
2. Repetition: It has been proven that the average consumer needs to see an ad 5 to 7 times before acting.
3. Follow up: Follow up on all responses again and again. Remember to give them a reason to stay or become your customer with each and every contact.
4. Credibility: Online fraud is rampant so you need to give your viewer a feeling of security. You should have an online presence. A professional website with a business e-mail address instead of a free e-mail account. Taking credit cards shows that your business is credit worthy. Giving a written guarantee and gathering testimonials can help as well.
5. Image: Be polished and professional with well designed ads, e-mail messages and web-site.
