Leads
Our
Leads are guaranteed to be valid from a real person who does
not hang up on you.
Invalid leads must be returned within 7 days.
Returned leads must come back with all the information
originally sent including lead number and date sent as well
as the REASON for each lead's return. If any of the above
information is lacking, the return will not be honored.
The reasons
listed below are the only reasons that we replace leads. It
is also our policy to call each lead returned and check the
validity of the return. We realize some of you will have agents
& home workers that may return a lead unfairly and this
normally stops when they realize we do check. Unfortunately,
we cannot continue selling to anyone who consistently returns
an inordinate amount of good leads, as the validating process
is time consuming and expensive.
REASONS
TO RETURN LEAD.
- All
phone numbers are invalid (Invalid does not mean busy
or unanswered, keep calling)
- Duplicate
leads. (Meaning WE sent the same lead twice)
- Failure
to meet any other written requirements, such as state
exclusions, given to us at the time of the original order
which must be written on your purchase order.
- The
Lead is bogus and/or the respondent hangs up on you.
SERVICES:
We guarantee your satisfaction and will work until you
are happy.
MONEY
BACK POLICY
We do
not refund money if you receive a bad lead. Our policy is
to replace invalid leads only.
