may include a telephone number. LeadSales.net leads are the
result of actions by the consumer and represent an implied
consent by the consumer to be contacted via telephone and
or email regarding specific products or services.

maintains it's own National Do Not Call List SAN number (Subscription
Account Number) per FTC regulations. However, any marketer
contacting consumers via telephone is responsible for maintaining
their own SAN number per FTC regulations. A SAN number can
be obtained for up to 5 area codes at no charge.
